Summary of XLT Limited 5 yr Warranty
XLT warrants all XLT ovens manufactured on or after April 1, 2009 utilizing quietFIRE™ to be free from any defect in material and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years from the date of original purchase by the end-user and further warrants main fan blades, conveyor shafts, and conveyor bearings for ten (10) years.  Should any such defect be discovered, XLT must be notified.  Upon notification, XLT will arrange for necessary repairs.  All suspected questionable parts need to be returned to XLT.  In the event of a part failure, XLT will furnish a replacement part and pay for all labor associated with the replacement of the part if, upon inspection, XLT determines that the part is defective.  XLT further warrants all XLT ovens to be free from rust for ten (10) years from the date the equipment is originally purchased. This warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations:
1. This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser and is not transferable without prior written consent of XLT.
2. This warranty shall not apply if the oven or any part is damaged as a result of accident, casualty, alteration, misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper operation, or acts of God.
3. The buyer must inspect the oven and crates at time of receipt.  Damage during shipment is to be immediately reported to the carrier and also to XLT.  Freight damage is not covered by the warranty.
4. The gas supply must be connected to the oven by a locally licensed plumber for the warranty to be valid.
5. The Start-Up Checklist form must be completely filled out, signed, and returned to XLT to initiate and validate the warranty.
6. Any part found to be defective during the warranty period, as determined by XLT in its sole discretion, will be replaced or repaired by XLT.
7. Failure to call XLT Ovens at (888-443-2751) prior to contacting a repair company for warranty work voids any and all warranties.
8. Labor must be conducted by an approved service technician during regular working hours at the expense of XLT.  After normal business hours, expenses and overtime premium expenses shall be the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements are made in advance by purchaser and XLT.
9. The following items are not covered by this warranty:
1. Any item that is defective because of utility services (power surges, high or low voltages, high or low gas pressure for volume, or improper connections)
2. Conveyor belts
3. Fuses
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments.  XLT shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages caused by the misuse, abuse, or improper installation or operation of the oven, except as provided in XLT’s Limited Warranty statement or as otherwise provided by law.  Damages are limited to the original purchase price of the unit.
